Ingredients:
Gluten free bread
Himalayan salt
Micro Arugula
Vegan goddess dressing
Nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Toast a slice of gluten free toast as preferred. Meanwhile smash half an avocado in a bowl and add a dash of salt. Mix well and spread evenly onto toast. Drizzle vegan goddess dressing over toast. Sprinkle nutritional yeast and lastly add Micro Arugula for garnish and enjoy!
